To check out from the Cart page click the PayPal button.
You will be taken to the PayPal site.
Once in the PayPal site you may sign in to PayPal and pay using your PayPal account
or
you can select the option to checkout as a Guest and pay using any credit card without using a PayPal account.


If you prefer to pay with a check, click the button below to get a mail-in order form.
Print the form and mail the completed form with your payment as instructed on the form.
The completed form and payment must be received by June 25, 2021.
